Polyurethane Uni-Duse screen spray

Meister Screening Spray Module The polyurethane Uni-Duse screen spray from Meister is designed to work with all water pressures up to 10 Bar. It features a control valve as a part of the spray which can be used to adjust the water flow through the nozzle. This enables the distribution of water across the screen to be balanced for even aggregate separation across the deck.

Blockages can be flushed out by rotating the valve through 180 degrees, making maintenance a simple task that eliminates stripping down the spray bar. The low profile sprayhead design enables them to be fitted to screens with shallow decks.

We also a fixed orifice spray variant should this be preferred. Both designs come with a ¾” BSP male thread.
