Fogging Home  Technical  Features  Applications  More Information  Technical Information The Renby Fogging System is highly configurable to individual applications. Available separately or in kits, the system consists of three main components: High pressure pumps - ranging from 1 litres per minute (lpm) to greater than 45 lpm for large installations. This breadth of pumping capacities enables us to configure systems ranging from 10 nozzles to thousands of nozzles. Power consumption starts at less than 1 kW, depending upon the quantity of nozzles. We also supply a ready assembled control panel, to ease your electrical planning. This is integrated with a filtration and disinfection unit for enhanced protection. Fogging nozzles - flow rates range from 1.2 litres per hour to 11 litres per hour. The pumps pressurise the water to 70 Bar. This pressure is then used by the nozzle to generate the fog. The nozzles are readily interchangeable. With the pump switched off, simply unscrew the nozzle by hand and swap it for one with a different flow rate. Using a special push fit Slip Lok connector, systems can be installed rapidly and/or reconfigured at will. If there is too much flow in one area, then all that is required is a change of nozzle to address this. The only special tool that is required is a tubing cutter and this is supplied as part of the prepacked kits. The Renby Fogging System can be configured to attack dust at its source, for instance, conveyor transfer points or provide blanket coverage of a large area, such as a landfill site.
