Renby Ltd - Innovations for a renewable, cleaner and safer world At Renby, we are always looking at newer, better ways of handling bulk materials and managing dust. For several applications, we were not satisfied with equipment that was already on the market. So, in response to customers requirements we have developed a number of innovative products designed to improve your business performance Renby Grid Traffield Conveyor Covers Renby Trommel and Picking Station The Renby Grid has been developed for applications that require a grid fitting to a chute to catch the occasional oversize item and prevent it entering the process. Usually, the solution is to fit some rigid mesh into the chute. With many bulk materials, they will bridge across the mesh. The patented Renby Grid range addresses this by having bars that move as the material passes through, thus preventing blockages. Traffield Conveyor Covers - The Traffield Conveyor Covers were designed in response to the Environmental Protection Act. Once the deadline for the implementation was set, many of our existing customers were going to have implement this rapidly and with minimal disruption. The Traffield Conveyor Cover was designed in response to this. It had to be a versatile system that could be easily adapted and retrofitted to the massive range of conveyor variants that have arisen over the years. Since the merger of our two companies, Traffield Conveyor Covers are now available through Renby Ltd. The Renby Trommel and Picking Station is an ongoing development to the needs of the recycling industry. Using our knowledge derived from many years of experience in the quarrying industry, the Renby picking system is designed as a robust system that will withstand the heavy duty apllication that is the recycling of skip waste. We can tailor our design to suit your requirements. By working together we can turn waste into a resource using the Renby Picking Station. The Renby Intake System is the innovative integration of several of our product lines. The first system to use this approach is used to receive Meat and Bone Meal (MBM) in a cement works. This approach can be used for any factory / application where there is a requirement to receive large volumes of bulk materials and feed these into a process.
